It seems in my life and upbringing, I was schooled in disconnection
and being an individual.
So now the more I can walk in a Sacred manner with all Life and all
creation the more I experience connection with Life and creation.

I practice "Mitakuye Oyasin" a Lakota way of life.
It means I am connected to all things. It is the basic and most
Sacred of teachings on this Lakota path and way of Life.
To recognize the Spirit in all things.Even down to them atoms and the mysteries.
