The above is not a fact but jw's interpretation. You seem to give Satan a lot of importance thinking he has power. As Satan is just a figment of the imagination maybe changing the way you perceive things would take the so called ' power ' away....

You know, Jesus cited satan falling to the earth like lightning, for one.
What do you see also in Revelation 12:14?
And, if it is stated that satan and the devil is "the god of this world", and he is equated with ego..?

Yes they do state a lot of silliness. Ego used skillfully is beneficial to all sentient beings... |

Below is an exerpt from John 17:9

Holy Father, protect them by Your name, the name You gave Me, so that they may be one as We are one.
Unquote .
Note where Jesus says "the name that you gave me".
And Jesus' name is now what ?
"JESUS CHRIST".....IE:- Jesus "THE CHRIST" named after the Heavenly Father "CHRIST" entity.
What transforms the Soul of Mankind ?. The very essence of the "CHRIST" entity.
"Holy Father, protect them by your name"....And how does he protect them. The Father allows his very essence to flow into them as they desire for it. which when recieved in sufficient quantities, the CHRIST essence literally transforms them into the VERY ESSENCE of his self.
And effectively clothes them with the protective armour of "CHRIST ESSENCE".
And they then also, do take the name of the Father. "CHRIST" literal angels & capable of walking thro ugh the invisible boarders of demarcation that can be refered to as the gates of Heaven.
I also wonder if any of you may have the ears to here.
Jesus calls him his Father. And also knows his name/title as being "CHRIST".
ALL THE REST ARE MAN MADE.....EARS TO HEAR.

Satan is in the Bible and plays a major role in the Christian belief systems.
You must agree that Satan was used in Hebrew and Greek books that became part of the Bible. Why would you want those books to be translated into English
and not translate words properly as you have suggested like the word for Satan?
What word would you use instead of Satan and how did you come to that conclusion?
