A moment with the Sea

I thought I did not like the beach but today, I finally saw what I was missing. For the first time in my life I walked down the beach, the cool breeze in my face the rocks under my feet and I smiled. This was the moment of peace that I had been trying to find. Once I gave up on trying it came. I sat on the stones and talked to God, mother earth, the angels and my spirit guides. I felt the warm sun on my skin the cool breeze at my feet and I felt it the connection. I stayed in that moment for 40 mins. I realized that the sea was lovingly teasing me while trying to reach me with each wave. Every time I moved it followed me until I laughed and surrendered. I sang a song from the heart and I knew my higher self and guides were talking to me. I am truly grateful today.
