Pick pocketed and robbed off £1000

I had a dream last night I wanted some help interpreting.

It was my birthday and I was in a busy bank. I was waiting in a queue and someone pushed in and I lost my temper with him. There was also a man there holding a baby. Next a scruffy looking young man pickpocketed me or my wallet fell out of my pocket (I dont quite remember). I had £1000 (UK) in my wallet. I chased him but he got away. I eventually found him and he gave me my wallet back but the £1000 was gone. I punched him very hard on the jaw and he went down.

Then I ended up in my home town center (many of my dreams are in my town center). It was near an old fountain which doesn't work anymore. I saw an old friend of mine called Del who was with a girl wearing glasses. Del is a big tall black guy who I used to spend a lot of time with. We never really had a great friendship. I never really trusted him as he used to put me down at times and he wasn't very intelligent. At first, I didn't want to talk to him so I hid but eventually, I went to talk. The girl he was with started to hug me very tightly, quite flirtatiously. Next thing an older black man came to talk to Del. He looked in his 60s as I looked up I saw both Del and this older man towering over me, while this girl was still hugging me tightly. I think I was acting quite submissively as I felt a bit scared but then our conversation got argumentative because this girl was hugging me. Thats all I remember.

Theres quite alot of information here so was looking for any insights in dephiering this dream. Many thanks :)

Banks tend to represent stored value, stored energy and energy exchanges among other things, including prosperity. In this case, it probably represents an aspect of you investing your energy in yourself and you do not like it when you have to make adjustments to your schedule or wait longer. The guy jumping the queue annoyed you. This is just mirroring back to you things the annoyance you feel when things get in your way, so something must have gotten in your way recently or was an interruption to you norm. Having the 1000 pounds nicked goes hand in hand with queue jumper in that the cash represents a loss of energy that you didn't handle well. You approached the situation with anger and force and punched the guy. Since you chased him down, it could indicate that you escalated a situation into more than it was. Clearly there was an emotional trigger for this. The old fountain doesn't work anymore because your emotions that were triggered to present this dream are rooted in a feeling learned from your past. You mentioned lack of trust with Del so Del might represent your lack of trust in someone or some thing and the dream just used him to represent that aspect. Del also represents some situation you're dealing with at the moment where you feel smarter but powerless.

The best thing to do when having a dream like this is when you wake and realize you were only dreaming, visualize the dream playing out differently. You could have pictured yourself standing up to both men and being assertive, but kind.
