Debrah and Diana, that's MCT coconut oil that I mentioned. Coffee alone is known to suppress appetite and MCT helps that too because while your appetite is suppressed, you still get a direct form of fuel as MCT coconut oil that circumvents your digestive system.

I noticed that I am at my best when I am on almost empty stomach. So what I do in the morning, I delay my digestive system from starting so I get more hours to be at my best.

I noticed that when I am bored, I tend to want grab something to eat and if I don't stop, I soon get lethargic which makes my work harder. It's not easy to do sedentary job being self-employed when you have no team and no boss to answer to. I guess coffee and MCT coconut oil help me maintain discipline and accountability.

All I know is that my wife rubs coconut oil on her skin as a moisturizer after we come back from the beach......and she smells so good I just want to eat her up!!!
Please don't tell my mom I'm in the oil industry. ...she still thinks I'm a piano player in a *****house!

I'm living on "tropical standard time"!!!

I use coconut butter on my rice cakes, in cooking at the end for extra taste.

My son uses it in his coffee as well.

I only use coconut oil as make-up remover. I rub it on my eyes after I wash my face and it works like a charm. I have never used coconut oil for food or drink. Perhaps I should...?

Coconut is one of those allergy issues that can be well hidden at times as the oil is in so many foods, even chocolate. Its something that my Son is allergic too but it was a long process of limiting foods and additives to find it. For him it was stomach issues not severe but enough to need attentions. For my husband it brings out hives on his arms and back. He can not touch our Canadian chocolate at all.

Many times a food allergy hides well, but the more you consume the more severe the reactions can become, to the point of hives or even toxic shock.

Not saying its not a good thing, for most it is but like all foods at times its not.

If the crow has chosen you as your spirit or totem animal, it supports you in developing the power of sight, transformation, and connection with life’s magic.

I have in my coffee many times and wow!
It's food for the brain! And body.

by riding daily in a balloon of divine perception.

I have no scientific evidence for anything I say.
