Raw Vegan Cookbooks?
Does anyone have any delicious raw vegan cookbooks that they've used? I have Practically Raw by Amber Shea Crawley and it is really good; but looking for another as the entree section is kind of small in this and I'm close to finished with it. I prefer recipes have some good healthy fats and an element of creaminess in them but also not pure nut meals like some recipes lol.
I'm doing raw atm to help feel 100% again ;)
The online recipes I've tried were almost entirely horrific. So any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
