at the end of the day there are few things you could change - and those that you could change shouldn't be changed because they happened the way they did for a reason - don't doubt the way things are.

when you are going 100 mph and you hit a wall you stop
when you are going 10 mph and you hit a wall you stop
when you are going 1 mph and you hit a wall you stop
when you aren't rushing around- you aren't hitting any walls - you will never be stopped

this is hard to do at this moment but I feel like I need to spend some time doing it.

Change is coming - change is needed - change is willing to be afraid and observing and being in the fear - not running from it - be in it and observe and enjoy the time - it can be exciting

Try not to focus on the things that are making your skin crawl - remember that these things aren't permanent and that what is permanent is not going to change - because it is permanent - love is permanent - forgiveness is permanent.

Don't be afraid to be yourself - remember that when you aren't comfortable in your own skin it is only you who can see that - be comfortable and express yourself freely because holding back only leads to resentment.

Remember others positive qualities before you focus on the negative - although there is a lot of negative do not dwell because if one didn't experience the negative one would never know the positive.

Life is more than this little town and these little people - life is so great and so large and so overwhelming that these things are not to be stressed over - they are not important in the grand scheme of life - what is important... you know... what isn't... well you know that too.... don't turn a blind eye but also don't forget to be non-judgmental as we are all different and are products of different circumstance.

Crikey, this message is just what I needed right now.

Being yourself is quite hard do, if you are not used to it. It takes practice. Sincerity is a crown that you give yourself. Pride, good pride comes from knowing you have been yourself and have expressed yourself in the world.

It is better to be a sparrow and to be a true sparrow, than to be a false eagle. Ego is like a blown up balloon, it is very easy to pop when it is inflated. True humility comes from knowing the true self... knowing that you are as great as a king or queen, yet not greater than a tramp.

Let the world come and be yourself. When all is gone, when the young chicks have grown and flown the nest. When Autumn is but a dream, you will still be gloriously you.

The gift of self is the greatest gift that you can give to others, but it is a gift that you need to give to yourself before you are able to give it to others. Nobility is the produce of sincerity, and sincerity blooms in the heart of the fool who first begins to understand the measure of his or her foolishness.

Turn away from wrongful thinking. Do you pray? What do you pray for? What do you ask for? What prayer has not already been answered a thousand times and gone unnoticed?

Tonight do not prayer for yourself, or for others, but pray for God. Ask God: What can I do for you?

If you ask to receive something yet give nothing, then you shall not receive. You receive when you give, the act of true giving allows your heart to open to receive. With the opening of your heart all things are given. If you feel that you are unable to give because you have nothing to give, then be thankful. Thankfulness is a gift that you can give God. True thanks opens your heart to ever increasing glory, God's glory.

It is written: What you take from within yourself will save you. What you do not take from within you, will destroy you.

It is also written: Who ever is thankful for the smallest of things will be given more. But whoever is not thankful, then what little they have will be taken away from them.

Bless you all.
