In my view as of limited experience, the throat chakra clearing does not require any doing but rather undoing, as also true for any other blockage or resistance.
The more we struggle, the deeper we are caught in the quicksand.
Being a connector to the ethereal, the throat simply requires purity of being. There! Go mentally hug your neighbour now from a distance! Gosh! This virus does not allow the child within to celebrate with unbound exuberance
