When it rains I feel more relaxed?
Why is it when the weather is overcast and rainy I feel more relaxed?
When the weather is sunny and bright my senses feel overwhelmed.

Other way round for me, hot sunny weather makes me happy. Overcast and rain makes me depressed. I was born in august so wonder if it's related to the time of year you were born.

Rain comes with the presence of supernal beings that nurture the worlds, you probably like their magical presence and activity (thunders, winds, etc) .

I am the same. Rain feels more quiet, a soothing natural 'white noise'. It seems to harmonise all those different and often conflicting energies of life a bit. People are less noisy too. It's a weather that invites introversion.
Like you, too much sunny weather and I feel overwhelmed, exhausted really.
What's your star sign? Rain goes well with water and earth signs. |

I'm Aquarius.
I feel as though the spiritual activity "in the air" is less when it's raining? Hard to describe this feeling.

I am sensitive to barometric pressure. When it is low, I feel more calm and relaxed...when the barometric pressure is low, there is also more chance of rain...but I love when it rains, it sort of washes and cleans everything, and storms bring in negative ions and replenishes prana.

That's just typical of me to be the odd one out! This heatwave we've had recently I've absolutely thrived, haven't felt so alive, healthy, well and happy for a long time. I should have been born in Australia!

I like rain too.. warm hot weather with rain is nice, tropical.
My favourite though is night time when its silent out an about, or night time by the ocean, or at the forest or anywhere nature like, even the streets are good too, just night time, moon, stars, crickets may be chirping... ya.
