what is the differenc between astral travel and eckankar out of body travel?
Some eckankar group saying that astral travel is different from eckankar out of body travel, is it true?

Even if it were the same experience, the ECKist would have a different frame of reference and this would interfere in communication about the event itself. In situations where a person or group has such a specific language about their beliefs, I would fully expect that they could not agree with the description of the same event, if it did not match the language used in their own sect.
Whether it is actually different or not, I couldn't say; however, if they travel with purpose as opposed to travel for interests sake alone, perhaps it is then different in how it is experienced.
