If you had to give the name of one song only that resonated with you or helped in your understanding of or spiritual development what would that song be???

For me I would have to say it's the Moody Blues "The Voice". The lyrics are undeniable.

40 years ago I was a teenager and was listening to Genesis' "Carpet Crawlers" in my room. I stood up and danced to the music. The soft music and voice melted my heart and soul. My eyes were closed but I was able to 'see' the room and furniture and everything around me. I was puzzled at how that could be. Only much much later I understood that I had had my first spontaneous out of body experience.

I have never forgotten that song and still love it to this day.

remain asleep... but i think those times have passed.

I absolutely have always loved the Moody Blues for as long as I can remember. Come to find out later in my life that they are the number one Rock band of all time noted to have the most spiritual lyrics and connotations in their music. I wonder if my inner soul knew that back then when I was just a kid and not awakened yet?

I would also go with the Moody Blues, but it would be a toss up between "The Balance" and "The Land Of Make Believe".
