How to tune into empathy...
Hi all
I am developing my gift and loving my journey, however I have been reading about empathy and wondered how do you tune into empathy/someones thoughts?
This is something I would love to do but need a little heads up.
Thank you

Pettypolly - I think you're confusing feelings and thoughts here. Empathy involves projecting into another's feelings, i.e. imagining what it's like from their angle. Pretty simple, just involves compassion and ability to visualise their reality.

I will add that you do this by listening very carefully to what they are speaking about. Notice the word selection, the tone of voice, and sense as much as you can what they "wish to express".
