Where is the scripture that specifically says all NDE's are caused by 'satan'?

Why don't you more closely examine the actual nature of the experiences and form your own conclusion? Some individuals have reported being immersed in a warm, white light that radiates an indescribable feeling of unconditional love/acceptance - and this experience has a profound, life-changing effect on them after they return to their body and resume their everyday lives.... Does this sound like the work of this 'satan' character?

Have you visited the near-death.com website? The owner/operator has a Christian background... Perhaps you will find some of the content on there helpful - there are articles that reconcile the Near-Death Experience from a biblical perspective...

John 1:5 - This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Ephesians 5:14 - Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light

John 8:12 - Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life

The bible says God is light... During an NDE many individuals have reported encountering and being immersed in a white light that emanates unconditional love. So you read a bible passage that says 'satan' can masquerade as an angel of light - but why would you link these NDE experiences involving light with 'satan' when the bible also says God is light?

Acknowledged. Well I'm not a Christian and I don't reconcile my beliefs and understandings with scripture. That being said - isn't 'satan' usually associated with being responsible for negative/bad happenings?

There are positive changes that are reported by a lot of Near-Death Experiencers in the years following their incident/experience. Losing their fear of physical 'death', becoming less materialistic, becoming more compassionate/empathetic, discovering the importance of unconditionally loving others and service to others, etc...

"After NDEs, individuals tend to show greater appreciation for life and more concern and love for their fellow humans while their interest in personal status and material possessions wanes. Most NDErs also state that they live afterward with a heightened sense of spiritual purpose and, in some cases, that they seek a deeper understanding of life’s essential meaning." ~ Heading Toward Omega (Kenneth Ring)

If I were you, I would focus less on the 'light' / 'angel of light' aspect and more closely examine the fruits of many of these experiences - how they end up changing the individuals who have had them. Then spend time contemplating whether you perceive the nature of such internal changes would likely stem from a benevolent or malevolent influence...

Take care!

Oh dear....
While we have to be alert, and aware and keep our Hearts in the right place, the whole human preoccupation with What is "Satanic" and What is Not -is not doing us any favours, but seriously holding us back.

My advice to anyone who is completely bound up in fear of the "Satanic" is to keep away from deliberate practices such as Astral Projection for a start (as one bad idea is to attempt Astral Projection with all that fear and darkness in the way), to stop watching and reading scare stories out there -(no matter where they originate!) and to keep away from conspiracy themed 'entertainment' or reading matter.

As for death -and should anyone have the experience of passing out of the body while unwell, then returning -then there is not much we can do to keep away from that. But attuning the Heart and Soul to one's own core values, and making sure our critical faculties work properly, will keep us on the right track!

Complicated mind-based debates about "God" are probably not going to help us much this way or that. But living with the heart-felt acceptance of the wonderful teachings Jesus brought us can do nothing but good. If anyone is a Christian, then let them ask Him for guidance and TRUST in His help!

There is evil the world , but the church invented the devil to keep its members in line . From many n.d.e. accounts people experence things with in there belief system . If one believes in the devil and they know there going to hell thats most like what they will experence in a n.d.e. You could see that as satanic , but its from ones own beliefs and karma , not from God or the devil .
