Hi Sue,

I'm interested in lucid dreams, are you able control the dream when you are aware that you are dreaming, make things levitate, make events turnout well etc?

Yes I am and I do.

Once I realise I am dreaming (something usually happens to highlight this - like once, I saw a Tiger on my staircase and I thought "hang on, this must be a dream"!) I usually fly out of the nearest window.

I fly up through the clouds etc and into the night sky. I can see the earth set out as a map below me - and then I choose where I want to go.

My Guide is usually waiting for me when I land!

I can't controll ALL aspects of the dream - but if something I don't like is happening I can say "right, let's change that" and most of the time, it works.

This has only been happening to me for about a year, but I do really love it. The feeling of flying is amazing!

And is this dreaming when you are what would conventionally be called sleeping or awake?
