I'm going to guess here that you don't, but you're in the process of trying to change this. Is access to water an issue at all? (this isn't to imply the water around you may be poisonous, could be more domestic eg you forget to take a water bottle with you etc)

You will be able to grow personally also while on the job. There are lessons ahead for the two of you on attachment and intimacy. This G feels very attached to you, and it feels he has some lessons here and needs to learn and mature in his partnership to you, before he has some balance between giving you space and is able to have some balance, space and understanding for himself too. It's harmless though , but there are lessons that other normal couples go through, on attachment, intimacy, needs, communication and this will be a process before you find some much needed stability from this. Knight of Swords - 4 of Swords - 8 of Wands (Deck - Robin Wood)

I think you've jumped to a conclusion that there is an emotional reason for your water retention. The central card reflects rest and the flanking cards are high activity/energy - they are in conflict with one another. The knight is facing away from the other two which can mean you are basing your understanding on past experiences rather than looking at present conditions and the way they are progressing. The 4 can indicate you need to stop and think about the basic/stable reasons for this water retention and when you do, you will be free to move forward and quickly find the answers that you are looking for. An aside, when I read I do get impressions, and I have never added them to internet readings, but I will today because it is one that asks me to ask you to check the side effects of any medications, including vitamins, supplements and herbs, you are taking - especially any that are fast acting or that you are using but have not caused problems in the past. I do not know if you are taking anything at all, but it was what came to mind. Please ignore this if it doesn't resonate with you.
