It is probably an ascension symptom. I have still got it now even though I meditated and got my zen on. My twin and I are having a bit of a heated exchange at the moment, so that isn't helping

The only way you could find that out is to jot down the time and date of the chakra sensation and present to the other person and ask if at that time and date they had any feelings or whatever directed into your chakra. Otherwise it's a game of assumption that to me, leads to delusional thinking. As far as I know there is no evidence of chakra sensations connected to it coming from someone else. It will usually and always only be relevant to you. It is your chakra system, not someone else's. So maybe for example you got a particular man on your mind thats bought fears or doubts or hurts into your world. If any chakra is alerted then its your energy about the situation or person that lingers, waiting to be addressed or to dissolve naturally on its own once he/she has served their purpose. |

Well i have been doing energy clearings everyday at night so i can clear all channels. I am so determined to do this everyday.
Is there anyone here doing energy cleasing?
This was really confusing yesterday it always happens at weirdest times.

often, if you have been doing energy work it is a chakra that you are feeling. the one closest to the solar plexus is the third chakra
