Ahh thank you Skybird I always wear my hematite, amethyst and magnetic bracelets, but them in must occasions have a few others. Thanks for your views....

I wear lapis, read about lapis lazuli stone properties and use it accordingly.

You don't worry just go to (crystalopedia and buy crystals-for-arthritis. By trying to do almost anything, it causes pain and inflammation in the joints. Such diseases can sometimes be caused by complications in our body's chakra system.
Therefore, healing blocks can help with inflammation, and can not only improve your internal problems, but can also help cure your disease.

Fluorite, Calcite, Rutiled quartz, Strontianite, smokey citrine.
Smokey quartz in fluorite or the other way around would be a good one.
Rutilated amethyst would be better than normal amethyst
Tiger iron
Would wear fluorite in calcite
Rutilated amethyst OR Smokey citrine OR smokey rutilated quartz
For arthritis fluorite is nr1 crystal imho
