This is a difficult subject to write about since that type of a sign relies on context a lot of the time, but when I see a crane or an eagle, I tend to see it as a sign of something good to come. My memory may hold some data about the symbolic meanings of some birds (and data is always interesting for the mind), but I do not associate those beliefs with everyday reality
at all. To me merely seeing a bird of any kind doesn’t really mean
anything symbolic or
'other dimensional'.
It is only when a bird does something
totally unusual - capturing my attention that I focus on it.
Or if at a
highly synchronistic moment – a specific bird appears.
Or if in a “shamanic journey” or deep meditation I see a ‘vision’ of one.
Or if I spontaneously go into a trance and connect/commune with one.
