Hypnosis gone wrong..help
I need help. A friend and i were practicing hypnosis for a few months we hit some speed bumps and thought we solved them. Yesterday night i watched a movie my eyes unfocused i started feeling ill. I couldn't sleep but must've if i dreamed. Had trouble thinking and visualizing feel nauseated. Been to the doctor who give me a clean bill of health. This was happening before. No-one believes me now im scared to watch tv or playing games. I dont know what to do please anyone help me.

This may not be the answer and is certainly not medical advice, nor am I "reading" into your case but...id say maybe the nausea is due to not digesting the experiences you and your friend dabbled with. I've suffered nausea with no medical cause myself, and fresh ginger root helped significantly.

Yes i think its just gas. Im hoping it will pass soon the other stuff is more concerning. I just hope someone out there has answers.

Pains on the etheric body can be felt physically--but doctors will not find anything wrong with you.
I have some thoughtforms on me that are highly advanced and can induce etheric pain so it is felt physically.
Energy can be very powerful

Alright so is there anything that can be done to help me? How can i fix this? I was hoping there might be a clinical hypnotherapist on.
