Seeing passed relatives

Both my parents have passed away, my father in January 2000 and my mom January 2013, Both times i seen them in my childhood home after their passing, My father also given me the smell of his aftershave, But my mom i actually saw a few times in the apartment she used in the house. She also spoke to me with the words " I am fine now, and everything you did wrong i have forgiven"

Yes i did some wrong in not be able to care for her the last years of her sickness, And i think we both had bad feelings in the end of her life.

My question is. Has anyone experienced something like this too?

My condolences on the loss of your parents. Losing one parent is difficult enough. I understand your pain... I lost my own mother in November of 2001.

While I haven't physically seen my mother, I've definitely felt her presence, smelled her perfume and experienced wonderful dream visits. When we are open to life after death, our loved ones will do their best to communicate their love for us and that they are 'ok now'.

Embrace your experiences for what they are, validation that your parents are still with you, but in a different way now.
