Need opinions on voice captured on video

Hi,
I can definitely hear cheerleaders, in regards to the orangey thing it is the sun reflecting of a roadwork sign or somekind of refeltive signage, if you pause it and look closely you can see the stand and make out that there is some kind of writing on the sign.

I have just cut the section out that has the add jingle in it. If you listen with headphones its clearer. I keep thinking maybe this is where the cheerleaders voice comes from? If you listen to it normally it can sound a bit like a very faint cheerleaders, but if you listen to it with head phones I can definately a jingle that sounds like someone is singing/saying 'changes down'. It doesn't at all fit the cheerleaders voice. If you type in on utube search 'evp vegas' its under the name missjames434. I put this one on my u tube account, the lbrace51 is my friends. Thanks!

sounds like cheerleaders- but there tons of sound contamination to the clip and too many other possible explanations. Now if this was recorded alone in a basement.... I'd say evp.

I have just read that if the voice heard is under 300hz then it is not from a human voice recording and is considered an evp, if there is no other explanation of course. And someone has found it doesn't come from a human voice. I am pretty sure it is not a person whispering. for that to work we would have seen them doing it because the camera was infront of the filmer and if they were behind the filmer they would have had to have been pretty loud, and I am sure we would have noticed that. So my conclusion is that its either a really impressive case of matrixing from a distortion of an outside sound, or it is a pervy, creepy spirit. :)
