Lemons are POWERFUL. The citrus has a great stinch that wakes you up when your feeling in low spirits. I bought my mother in law some citrus shower gel, since she was sick and low for a while, she said it always made her feel refreshed and alive.
Also, lemon in water, what a detox! I strongly recommend. I am sure you can find better infromation on Google about lemons and healing, but I just wanted to add my two cents. Lemons are the best. I love them
