I just realised today that my outdoor thermometer is inaccurate. It shows 2C lower than the actual temperature. That explains a lot. I thought it was the weather forecasts that were wrong. lol. I have had this thermometer for years and all these years I have been reading the wrong temperature outside.
I received a new thermometer today and that is how I came to realise. I checked both the old and the new with some indoor thermometers just to make sure.

Today in Florida: It's very windy and cloudy. It looks like it's going to rain. I'm sort of glad about this. It needs to rain here. Our plants need water. It's been so hot here all week, it's been exhausting. I'm glad today it's cooler out. This makes me happier to be honest.

Today was out “Goldilocks day”, not too hot, not too cold, not too cloudy, not too windy; just right. It is the day you mark on the calendar or take a mental picture to play back at a later date.  A deep breath day.
The temp is supposed to drop 40 degrees; we’ll see.  |

it's a bit on the cool chilly side - it was supposed to be around 55* today but it's more damp cold than warm.
