Dear Allison
There is no such thing called demon or Satan. There is your mind which continuously creates thoughts. And the thoughts are the creation using your own energy. What ever you see as demons or satans are simply rubbish creation of you yourself.
Your mind is the basic unit of creating your own world. Since you have been through several births 90 percent of the thoughts in your mind you are unaware off. Thats why those negative stuffs seem to control you- just because you are not aware of all within your mind.
First thing to understand is whatever negative feelings you have remains just on the mental level. Whatever positive feeling also lies there too.
Now GOD is beyond your mind- it is pure CONCIOUSNESS and it is one. Nothing other than Pure conciousness exist. So do not take demons or satan as opposite to GOD. Those are mere negative thoughts, therefore also a from of energy.
So try to be more conscious and aware, awareness is GOD. Very important to understand for you is that GOD is NOT the positive energy nor its the negative energy but base of both and is the 'neutral space'. So meditate and do yoga if possible to get control of your mind which at the moment creates demons. Bless you.
