Glad I came across this thread because this stuff happens to me quite regularly. If I decide to meditate one day, or listen to solfeggio frequencies before I go to sleep, then BAM -- the visions hit. I describe them to my husband as "movies," because the visions unfold as if I'm watching a movie. I don't know what I'm looking at or where the "story" is going, I can only describe what I see. It could be something from decades ago too, because I can tell by the scene if it's modern day or not.
Not sure what it all means, but I've learned to just accept it as part of who I am.
