Hi vinoth,

Thank you for the advice and insight.

Find for myself, to make the time to do it. Doesn't have to be long and drawn out, just little moments to bring gratitude into my thoughts.

Yes, the effects can last and become intertwined with in my whole self. Atleast what I feel and have found for myself.

Hi boshy b. good,

Yes, as easy as one makes it.

For me it is allowing the moment to give thanks.

Thank you for your insight.

Stop eating chocolate? Well, admit a bit of a chocoholic.lol

Yes, agree starts with the self and realizing what can be changed and/ or adjusted to and what may be something to just live with. Suppose it is how it effects someone.

For me, takes realizing some things to enjoy in moderation.

Before I directly made contact with spirit, I had very little gratitude and was very much unaware of just how blessed I am in this lifetime.

It’s true I want nothing to do with my soul’s path in this lifetime, but being aware of it, has made me realize that actually have it pretty darn good in comparison. I have a caring lover, family and while I don’t have any friends, I still manage to sustain myself with simple conversations with co-workers at work. I’m able-bodied, able-minded, can listen to music, play board games with family, and write whenever I please

I don’t think I’m meant to have much for relationships in this lifetime anyway.

Hi Kristi,

Thank you for sharing

It took me a while to reflect upon what I have as oppose to what I don't or "should" have. Once I turned the thinking around it really opened my mind and outlook.

People come and go in my life. Have a small number of close friends. Most are co-workers/work relationship and those in passing.

Just seems the way relationships have gone for me in this life. So, find being alright with myself helps to let others come and go as they may.

Appreciate the exchanges and interactions while they occur.

Could be just the way the cards were dealt this time around.

May what you have brings what you need.

Thanks for the lift.

Looking at it like a spice brings the thought that it does enhance life.
Like good spices added to a meal. Not only for the self to enjoy, but for others to enjoy as well.
Can mix it up to suite ones taste.

Hello Moonglow.

I just want to say I have great gratitude for this thread.

The utility of gratitude is beyond measure, for if we don't have appreciation (for what we have), what do we have? This is precisely why it is one of the primary spiritual values.

Thanks again!
