I think it works for me. I first noticed it when I was having apple cider vinegar as an ingredient in my dinner. Previously, I would not dream at all or have those horrible half dreams that are so uncomfortable. Now that I eat apples daily, I have normal dreams and sleep much better. I don't need to eat apples right before bed, I think just having apples as a part of my diet helps a lot.

I didn't know this about apples before bed. My grandmother always warned me since childhood not to eat cheese before bed because it would give me very bad dreams or even nightmares. To this day I avoid eating cheese late at night.

I always drink apple juice before going to bed and it does work for me.
My dreams are much more vivid and they're easy to remember
