Biofeedback

Hello All,

I just did a biofeedback session for the first time, and I'm not sure what to think about it. I would love to hear from people that have done this to see what their experiences are.

Wow well it was a very long time ago.. my bro made an electronic gadget that monitored bio feed back. you held to electrodes one in each hand.. it emitted an audible sound.. the more tense or stressed you were the higher the pitch the more chilled you were the lower the pitch.. i found with practice i could de stress, lower my heart rate and even my blood pressure..
So what was your experience then?

Thanks for getting back to me. Things have changed. :-) They now have practitioners who specialize in the technique. I got interested in it because there is a lot of good research that says it's very effective for trauma treatment. Anyway, it's very involved. I didn't actually do much of the healing treatment, I just did the system testing. So not a lot to report back just yet, but I'll let you know.
