I like walking and excersising that way. Dumbells also make me feel stronger. I like Tai Chi and have tried some Yoga. Some may laugh at me for saying this but I do housework and this builds up a sweat and feels like working out in a gym. I don't like running btw.

5 days a week. I like to have a toned body so that I can live longer and stay healthy in the future. I do:

Monday: biceps/triceps/chest/crunches/push ups.
Tuesday: crunches/push ups.
Wednesday: back/shoulders/crunches/push ups.
Thursday: crunches/push ups.
Friday: legs/crunches/push ups.
Weekend: rest.

I'm planning to fit in Qigong somewhere in the week also and more meditation as I haven't been doing enough of it lately.

From doing research my exercise plan I have now is partly influenced by Jackie Chan's workout.

6 days a week. Krav Maga and Muay Thai type of training. Twice a week weight training. One day for lower body, one day for upper body. Though it doesn't really matter how long you train but rather the intensity you put into it.

How often do you exercise?

Long walks with dog daily and 2 days a week with a personal trainer.

I've been playing ball games a lot recently too. Great fun.
I plan to get a bike.

I enjoy swimming. And walking. Also am building my own bicycle suited for touring and urban use.
