That’s interesting, my son has reflux too. We are pretty maybe there’s something he’s eating that’s causing it!
I’ll give the Lilly choc a try.
I have improved a lot as I did a hypnosis for it, thanks everyone :)

I've always really liked chocolate of all kinds, the good, the bad and the indifferent. I'm getting on in years now and eat it at any given opportunity. I am beyond caring if it has sugar, or caffeine or whatever in it. I am not diabetic, and I am not fat, have pretty decent energy and physical fitness for a 64 year old and I have noticed no other side effects! Mind you I eat "proper food" mainly and chocolates are just on the side. I don't eat them all day long or instead of other food, except once when I was bitten by a snake and chocolate was the only thing I could stomach.
I live in a cold-ish environment so maybe the fat is good for me (yikes, I'll probably get furred up arteries or a heart attack next, and you'll all say "Told you so, Tobi!")
My attitude is I will eat chocolate probably till I die and can't see it's done me any harm....haha Got to have some fun in life and some of that fun is melt in the mouth tasty fun.....
Bring it on.

Hello! Usually people eat chocolate because they have a habit to do so. Though as well you should consider that chocolate has a lot of caffeine and tonic effect. It makes your blood pressure a bit high. People with low blood pressure may want such a product as your body requires it

Have you tried hypnosis? There arw a number of downloadable apps for hypnosis which are extremely cheap and VERY effective for making you actually go off chocolate. I know as I have tried one and lost a stone with it and I also loved chocolate. The downside is that you need to listen to it everyday. Good luck.

I can't stop eating chocolate either. So i don't.

Luckily i love dark chocolate more than any other. I hear its rich in antioxidants. So i eat plenty of dark chocolate. Anything from artificially sweeten to unsweetened 100% cocoa. 90% cocoa and higher can be too bitter for most taste buds. If its a big issue, i say switch to dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. More healthier and more filling.

You could try the following:
You consciously ALLOW yourself to eat a certain amount of chocolate, then postpone the precious moment when you will eat it, so that you can be looking forward to it longer... has worked for me in the past. No guarantee that it will work for you, though.

I also have read that vanilla essential oil is said to reduce craving for chocolate. So if you do not have pets or little children or so, you could try that. I think it was something like rubbing a single drop behind your ears.

This sounds like a cigarette addiction. This is something that is your habit. You can try to replace it with other more natural sweats, that has a lot of nuts and berries in it
