More fans of Donna Eden?

I recently discovered Donna Eden and I love the woman's energy and her energy medicine!
I began working with it 4 days ago and I felt things shift in my energy system right away. I am seriously impressed with it all!
I am using it, hoping to alleviate or heal my neck injury with it. I am beginning to think much of the problem has to do with a triple warmer that is overactive and a spleen meridian that is/gets drained by it.
Apart from the Daily Energy Routine, some other exercises, I'm also working on cleansing chakras the way she does that. The impact of that is also astounding!
At first I'd been working on my throat chakra, because of my neck injury, but then I figured I best work on another chakra that has more to do with the cause of the neck injury and it not healing for which I focused on the root and sacral chakra for cleansing.
And gosh, what a difference! Now it comes down to doing this daily, making it a routine. I'm real good at forgetting about such things after a week or so.
In one of her videos on YouTube I came across something you can do with your ears. I did that, as I have chronic tinnitus and the cause of that is similar to why Donna had a woman do it.
I am hopeful. For the first time in years. Hopeful that I can reduce this chronic tinnitus, my neck aches and all the unpleasant side effects of that.

More people here who work with energy medicine?
I hope that in the future I can do a course. Not the training to become a practitioner, but the 11 week course to get more in-depth info on how to use the energy medicine system.

I watched a you tube video of hers and yes she is quite impressive.

I recall looking into this about a year ago and meant to re-visit it but forgot, so that's a timely reminder. I do remember that the tapping on the body is using the same points on the body as when using EFT, I think that's what made me take notice as I find EFT very effective. I going to give her video another try.

I've been using Donna's techniques since Dec 24th now, and many of my chronic ailments have improved so much!
The results were almost instant, it was and is pretty much unbelievable!
I do the Daily Energy Routine every day, and often a few more things too.
It is much more than EFT tapping, although she has integrated some of that.
I love it, especially since it works so well! For the first time in decades I have hope that my body will recover at least a bit. And I now can enjoy my body again :)
