I've started jumping rope. only doing it about once a week right now, just because I've been busy socializing, but I'd like to start doing it more. I want to feel stronger and more in shape.

I go for walks or a brisk bike ride at least 4 times a week, usually early mornings. I'm not a gym person but I do have my own weight set and tredsmill along with a few workout videos. I try to get at least 45min of exercise daily.

I work out 8 days a week, bench 750 lbs for 10 reps, can run 5 miles in 17 minutes.
When I came across this thread I asked myself, what is the purpose of stating how much I exercise? Will it actually benefit anyone, or is it just my ego wanting to give other people an impression of who it wants to be perceived as?

Strength/cardio training 3 x per week, yoga 2 x per week. I consider those my 'workouts with intent' but I enjoy walking. Keeps my stress levels and anxiety under control, so even if I don't want to work out, it's beneficial to make an effort.

My job is excersize. So depending on the day 4-10 hours a day,
3-5 days a week depending on the time if year.
Busy season I don't physically exert myself except breifly unless I'm getting paid. :)
Slow season I can't sit still. lol

I have yet to see the point of this thread. Seems like an excuse to stroke one's ego or make excuses for one's laziness.

Not sure why everything needs to have a point...
My observation when typing my reply was that excersize is suppose to release endorphins that help depression.
I went through one heck of a depression over the last two years.
(just out of it now)... Kinda wonder why those endorphins didn't kick in.
It could be good for motivation of some as in "if they can do it so can I."
