When we alone
Begin to see
The lack of life
We live, we seed
This isolation
This separateness
Moves us back
To our closest nest

Not in others, things
Or stuff we own
But in the truth
Of your
Own hidden home

It seeks you back
It’s calling you
The external forging
This greater view

Look and notice
What you once contained
Hidden so
By things insane

By ignorance in you
as your life
The greater reality
Waking up to the price

The price we place on things and stuff
Distractions, weapons, addictions, plus
Containment in our deepest pain
Hidden away as not to name

Not to speak
Not to say
It’s you,
You hold
In this way

It’s you right now
That only has you
To bear witness
To, this coming new

To all those parts
Of you locked in
To stuff and others
You serve to win

This time is yours
Not welcomed
Will
Only cause more of the same
To spill

More containment
No words can heal
What is right now
Is for each to deal

In there own way
As their life is
These toughened rules
In how to live

Will become
The memory towards
What you create
What you give

Out of the world
Beyond your roles
This calling back
Is to take a hold

Of you beyond
words
And name
Is you without
The traps of fame

Is you revealed
As you need for you
The deepest part
You’ve neglected to

Love and honour
Take care of and see
The needs of your
Closest reality

In yourself reside
in your core
The place where emptiness
Is the door

To bring alive
This new world view
In you, the self
It’s starts this renew

We are given time right now
This slowing down
Our basic needs
Are the beginnings to
These important seeds

Awakening as our greater
one pool
The new earth calling
To find this fuel

Sit with you
Not with angst or fight
But wth presence too
In all your own divide

The time of separation ends
But not until we all responsibly mend
Everything left behind
In you it starts
Become
your own best friend

Loyal to your scars, your wounds
Loving to all of you
Bring to life
In this moment you hold
In your hands
For you untold

Compassion, loving kindness, care
The deepest level of yourself
You can bear
To give to you
To fill up you right now

So as we rise
Through this plough
Mother Earth and our lungs
Will forge together
To become as one

In thanks of loving kindness gained
The breath of life through this strain
No longer held, no longer contained
Our breath, our earth
No longer slain

Instead the fullness of
Life rises up

Hold this cup
