Yes. I'm having great trouble finding something I like. I have to go way back in time, but when I do I feel someone tainted it with technology. So, I can't win.

I tend to use solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats. 432Hz and 8Hz theta waves is my favorite.

Can I ask how you receive the 8Hz wave/beat? Headphones?

I found I was more selective about music as I woke up. But that could be because I was developing a more refined taste in music and the work I do that involves music. |
