Ok, maybe the "my twin left and had children and married" are too bizarre but maybe it is this way. Who am I to say who is and isnt. And even more, because of the age. I am 24. I am considered young and my twin left. I can take it as a 3d relationship but you cannot feel what I feel and going through.

I think this topic is a bit senstive because noone can prove that they really are "valid" twins. only after we die.

Zactly! So I stopped fretting about whether we are Twins / Near Twins/ SoulMates/ Twinflames/ Half Twins / Twin Squared / Kosher Twins etc long ago. And you feel so much better without the yardstick, believe me.

It seems that recently, young girls here on SF (it's almost always girls) are constantly questioning their relationships against a sort of twinflame-o-meter. Another thing these twin flames seem to do a lot is 'run' (?) Is running far and fast away from someone symptomatic of this twin flame phenomenon?

Has this replaced the 'Am I an indigo child?' trend I saw here a few years ago? Is TF the new black?

Can someone please keep me up to date on the latest spiritual crisis trends

lol Terra

I'm a guy. I'm not obsessed with the twin flame. Initially I was reluctant and skeptic to believe in the idea of the twin flames and soul mates stuff.

Until I realized who my TF was and the immense love and connection there is, it was like a great awakening and growth. It is still overwhelming for me.

I could say that it's like the moment you are aware of your past incarnations, it is a big deal.

But let's just take it in that way, there is no reason to be obsessed looking forward to find your TF or soul mate, everything happens or not happens for a reason, we all know that.

well I agree it should be taken to the next level

which might have some minor problems problems

which are language based ,,

o.k. so TF is twin flame no problem there

than there is triple flame that is also TF how to make that transition ?

after that we get QF quadruple flames

I am o.k. with that

but than ??? what than ?

can we than just have Flames ? , lots of Flames all around

and all over, and in side out every where ?

preferably with out the house burning down

yes thats cool o.k. it sorted just the flames of

love and light no one is left out in the cold anymore

we can all go flat out and love all day long :-)

OK, I'm a bit unfair here cause I did my share of running at the beginning and my Beloved too. Yet we were still very much into each other. You can indeed love someone and be freaked out by this love at the same time, I get that. But after some months or years of silence and the other "twin" being most likely with someone else...hmmmmm... doesn't sound like a crazy strong mutually felt oh so wonderful attraction anymore to me. Maybe I'm just too 3D-esque...

Again Judging based on outcome when tf experience is about the spiritual awakening n return to self.
On the opposite coin it can be said the same if it looks like a normal relationship on the outside.

it is somewhat like a virus, and disconcerting to me.

exactly. the oneness, the love. it is the same as any other awakening on the spiritual path. i know why so many are taken/obsessed by it. it is more then just a one on one level. it is the first step in the unity of the all.

That's a good way of seeing it kk. Perhaps they will emerge from all of this, as Clover mentioned, with a new understanding of love within this new conscious energy.

....Or they could turn 40, and wear sweat pants all day while watching back to back episodes of The Witches of East End, wondering where it all went wrong. I'm hoping for the former

I have read stories where people carry these connections for years.

I reckon you're right Clover. They could be our enlightened ones one day on matters of love. As we all know, some of the best understanding began in chaos.

Hahahahahaha I think we should get a medal for surviving the 80s.

Hahahahahaha. Yeah, that was what got me LiveInTheNow. The whole 'should I contact my TF even though he's moved to a different country and has threatened me with court orders' does seem to be a cop out for a good old

I hear you about the being freaked out by powerful love connections. They're among the most terrifying episodes in our lives....but so well worth it. I do feel sorry for them if they're quite young and having to contend with the force of a strong love/soul connection, but maybe it will just make them wiser ahead of their years. Fingers X'd
