Why wouldn't they? Being born blind doesn't make you any less of a person who can see.
So unless they are eternally born blind, never able to see through every single life they lived, they would still be capable of seeing.
How do people like Eşref Armağan, who was not just born blind but without eyes, paint if they did not see in some prior life for example? How can people like Stevie Wonder be so utterly talented when they become blind very, very early in life? How can painters who become blind very early in life still paint masterpieces or jaw dropping works the likes of which would put sighted people's 'art' to shame not just years but decades after they have become blind? After all, how does someone who has
never seen the Eiffel Tower in this current lifetime know what to draw or paint for example?
Maybe befriend someone who was born blind, or has been blind for a long while, and one day ask them what they "see"... they may actually surprise you.
