Root and Sacral Chakra Help
Can anyone help me heal me root chakra and open my sacral. I have just start working with a spiritual worker and am looking for some more help.  |

You could try doing things with your root chakra to help make it more energized and active. Try after a protective prayer (I always suggest that before any kind of energy work) sitting in a nice clean place in nature and try drawing energy up from the earth through your root chakra and then send it all over your body. It's quite healing and clearing.

Try wearing more and more red and orange clothing.
Sleeping on and under sheets of these colors will help.

Determine what issues you have that are related to the root, which is all about survival, being able to take care of yourself in every sense of the word, feeling safe (because you got you), not having cords with other people there (mother, father etc).
Look up what the chakra stands for then see what issues you got related to that.
Meditate on the chakra and visualize it. See what it looks like, is it even open, even a little bit? Does it have dark or misty spots? Cleanse them gently and paint your chakra a colour that feels good. This does not have to be red.
Do this regularly, every few days.
Leave the sacral be for now. It cannot open when the root is not healthy. If you insist you can do the same with it as the root.
Realize this will take time. Core issues (first 3 chakras) can not be fixed overnight. Get a coach in if need be to deal with the issues.

My inner being suggested yesterday that the head is always the best place to start. Meditation and easy movement (like Tai Chi).

I agree with sea-dove. Energy from plants always tends to go to my root chakra for some reason. Find a way to take energy from plants and see if that helps.
