We came from the other world, coming here in the physical to experience life . Once the journey is done, we go back to where we came from. Then come back to the physical for another body and learn all over again..going through pain again and hopefully each life we gain something new..until reaching the point where we yearn for spiritual enlightenment.. then the true journey began..to awaken the consciousness within and rid of the pain and misery. Once enlightened, you don't have to come back for another body and the pain and misery ceased as you live over there more peaceful state and higher vibration and learning new level of spiritualty...and keep going and going higher each time.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Hey Metal, find an experienced & recommended hypnotherapist who specialises in past lives. I've assisted many to access past life memories.
I've recently used the 'Christos Experiment' (not religious) as a different means to do the same, for those who resist hypnosis. (has a much higher success rate so far. Seven for seven successful life reviews)

I'd also recommend you read experiences on NDE's, especially those told by children. Simply beautiful : )
None better than those by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross & Raymond Moody.

To me out is like a portal to another world. Like transition to another form of life. It is like returning home after a long journey :)

I'm not very good in accepting death yet (hopefully yet). I'm too sentimental, too attached to other people. I think it's more difficult to me to cope with deaths of others or the consciousness that they can and will die than with the prospect of my own. I hope to be better one day in treating death as a part of life. In theory I understand all this, how it works, but practice is more difficult for now. :)

Being post NDE, I've come to realize there is no such thing as death. Because of what I experienced, it makes sense to me that death occurs only in the physical plane and isn't the reality of existence because it isn't permanent. The place of permanence/reality of existence...is that plane we go to when our bodies "give up the spirit".

Hello

To me death is that end of the physical body and the end of just that part of what we are. I have had a NDE experience and while mine was not that normal your dead and here is the Light aspect I know there is more. Mine was a message event a chance to make a change in path.

As a Medium I know well that there is more as I can see and talk to the dead. I know that for me in understanding that there is more to what we get in experience. I feel that we are two parts the Spirit and the Soul. The part of us that I can communicate with is the Spirit that is the essence or energy that was once the living person.

We put so much into the physical and that being all there is, even to the way we "Plant" them after death at times. Yet that is more something left behind for the living to view, visit and mark as a memory they existed.
