Far north of England, North Sea coast side, almost in Scotland.

Thank you everyone for your advice! My mom says she starts planting in May so that's when I'll begin my faery garden! I want to have a birdhouse, bread & cheese for offerings and some statues. I saw some really cute gnome and angel statues today at Big Lots! I wanted to buy all of the statues!
Here are some flowers I'm interested in having, but definitely not all of them!: Honeysuckles, bluebells, buttercups, carnations, daffodils, daisies, hollyhocks, hyacinths, lamb's ear, lavenders, lilacs, marigolds, morning glories, mums, pansies, poppies, petunias, phlox, ragworts, pink and red roses, snap dragons, thistles, violets.
I looked those flowers up on a faery website and it had detailed explanations on what faeries do with them and/or bring to you if you plant those flowers. It was pretty cool.
Norseman, how did you acquire such land? It's so beautiful! I hope one day I can own that much land!

It's the flower in the centre, to me looks like a face that's not looking at the camera.

I was attracted to your post as this summer I'm also aiming to have a garden. We live by the water and it's very windy, so I'm trying to find out what will live and flourish as a lot of plants have perished. Good luck x

It's like a troll like face wearing a cap.

Must be a reason we both want to plant... Make a wee home for the faeries x

It's cute though
I wanted to plant for many reasons and have so for years. But the whole faery thing got me going with it!

For years I've wanted to grow my own food, but never ever done it. I'm going to start with carrots. Fingers crossed!
