That will be fun dream jo.

I rehomed my 7 miniature roses. I just don't have a place that gets no sun! At least not somewhere that the ducks can't get to. The person who adopted them was so excited to get them.

Found a volunteer squash out in the lawn yesterday! Transplanted it to the west garden bed, to live among corn, pepper, potato, and onion. Should probably go check on everyone before my husband and I go run some errands.

I finallly got flowers planted next to my cactus garden. I have moved almost all of the cactus in the yards to one area. I have tomato plants in pots because I don't have time to work in the back yard yet. My plan is to have several large garden boxes in the back.

Harvesting Herbs

Today was the day for clipping, washing and hanging of herbs. The mosquitoes took full advantage of my preoccupation and the fact that I had scissors in one hand.

I came away with lemon balm, tarragon, oregano, spicy oregano, marjoram,
dill, Thyme and chocolate mint. My dog Ella is partial to chocolate mint!

The sun room is full of beautiful smells and the prettiest green colors!
