Respect for Pope Francis

The Pope who lives by the word and spirit of Jesus Christ, of God, who washes the feet of refugees, chides his priests for excess, lives in a humble small apartment, eats in the public cafeteria, respects women, admits sins of the past, helps the impoverished and poor, sows seeds of peace and harmony.

I'm not a Catholic but this is a Christian man if I ever saw one.

Blessed be, Pope Francis

Life has value when we give it, when we give it in love, in truth; when we give it to others, in everyday life, in the family. #SantaMarta

Yes, this Pope is definitely a significant improvement over his predecessors for the reasons you mentioned, however, he needs to once and for all come clean on the pedophile priests and clean up the ranks and put protections into place so it doesn't happen again in order to be considered great and deserving of respect.

Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio gets no respect from me. Please don't compare him to Jesus.

search for the Jesuit Oath, it might explain something or not
it might give you an understanding why this pope appears as the savior of the world

Why don't you respect him? Seems a bit harsh.

No Honza I am not being harsh. As Forum Rules wouldn't allow me to explain and I do respect the rules I would suggest you Google yourself and see what I mean... That's if your interested.....
