Possitive affirmations

I asked for the last 2 weeks or so for possitive affirmations to come into my life.

I believe they are working

Is it self affirmations what the soul wants ?

Or guides helping
Because i feel a fresh energy and feel im moving forward in life and not stuck in same place mentally and physically

Has anyone else experienced this ?

I wish possitive affirmations for everyone on here that is going through a tought time mentally and pyhsically

Sure, it is indeed Self affirmation that the Soul wants.

Because, since the Soul is an element of "Self", then naturally, it is natural.

Just repeat the affirmations, at first mechanically. Your inner being will give feeling and fuel to that affirmation - and, as you know, it is emotion (energy in motion) that makes that affirmation powerful.

It all starts with the powerful I....AM......

The way I do this:
- go into a light trance (just enough to feel a weak connection with subconscious)
- ask subconscious to establish an optimum two-way connection with me (this is a state beyond trance, that feels like an immersion)
- describe what I want, being open for subconscious' feedback (yes / no / not this way / that way)
- am only as specific as I need to be (too many specifics might delay the task, even make it impossible)
- make sure to specify constraints of safety, benefits to me and others (otherwise subconscious might not mind causing some collateral damage)
- no reason to repeat the requests, once accepted (those who recommend repetitions, do not establish a good connection first)
- make as many requests as I want (it is ridiculous to believe that subconscious can't handle more than one request at a time, when it already does so much)
- have a permanent list of 7 wishes, prioritized by importance
- when a specific new wish arises, I go through the same process, stressing its importance, urgency, framework
