Night itchiness
I’m not sure what to make of this. But every now and then I would have difficulty sleeping and feeling itchy all night and not the daytime. I had a friend who was a medium tell me it was caused by a spirit but I have also read it has to do with chakra energies. Does anyone know anything about it?? It was an ‘at times’ issue at night and now it’s happening frequently. There’s nothing in my environment causing the itching because there are days I’m ok. Also I’m having difficulty falling asleep and that is with or without the itching.

It might be wise to get the physical aspect of that checked out first, NightingalesFlame, and get a routine blood test at the doctor's.
There can be physical causes....liver, lymph system etc.
