Hey guys how do I learn to see with my 3rd eye?

First ask yourself what you want to see! Then use your imagination.

Ok, easier said than done.
Try simple shapes to begin with - a circle, a triangle, a square, an ankh, etc...

Maybe you can draw them on cards with colored pencils. Try looking at one of the shapes for a short while, then closing your eyes, invoke the image onto the canvas of your mind just behind and above the eyebrows.

Try not to strain yourself. Take it easy and be patient!

You can even try looking at the shapes through a piece of cardboard tubing - like the tube left over from kitchen tinfoil. Think of it like riding a bike and let your focus gently drift into the mind's eye.

When you can see simple shapes without too much effort try seeing them in 3 dimensions - a globe, a pyramid, a cube, octohedron, isosohedron, dodecahedron, etc.

Hi Psy.


You can clear and clean the area ..where the third eye is ..with your finger tip gently ..moving it in a circle until it becomes velvety soft. And seeing with your minds eyes all the muck collected ..disappear.
