I understand you point of view but I stay in my position that we should learn before to practice.

It never comes to nowhere. When you meditate, you have an idea of what is meditating and that's because you heard of it somewhere. I agree there is no right way to meditate but there is still wrong ways to do it :) (of course it depends of what kind of meditation you're up to).

I think we should listen to each other and learn from each other as much as possible and take the information that fit to us. It's like cooking, you have the recipe and then you adapt to your taste. Everything we know come from somewhere. Maybe it's because I'm the intellectual way who need to read everything before to practice. My bad ha ha

It's very frustrating for me because I cannot fully explain myself since English is not my mother tongue.

Thanks Adrienne. I did and I did not want to criticize but I feel like it helped me and I wanted to share my experience.

Now, I'm waking up two hours before my alarm clock to meditate one hour and then do astral projection during the other hour. Meditating this way helped me to to do astral projection.
