Tai chi & Qigong

I have been doing these forms of exercise for around 18 years, I started as a last resort to try and help with lower back pain, I fractured my spine and had 3 discs removed so they could do a spinal fusion. It has been very helpfull and really helped me to keep mobile. I have also had 2 hip replacements and just recently had a osteotomy, no problems, I can walk for miles with very little pain, I also do Aerobics which I enjoy.
Tai Chi is a walking meditation so it does two jobs in one, lol. Keeps you supple and calms the mind, what more do you want.
