Yes and an excellent suggestion!

This link starts at the relevant point but the entire presentation is well worth watching if one seeks better understanding and guidance on meditation.

Here's another approach and from the Tibetan Buddhist perspective and on the lighter side. Again the link starts at the relevant position but the entire presentation is well worth watching.

The above link starts at the 7:29 mark and he doesn't reveal his secret (the solution) until the 33:20 mark. He's long-winded. LOL!

It's really worth watching at least from 7:29 until at least 38:00.

He's long-winded. LOL! It's still worth watching full 26+ minutes to get the full point of the lesson.
Yes, lighthearted - very good!

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

It works well, for me.

Another thing I was taught (by Indian teachers, btw) that also works super well - He said,
"If your mind must talk...then say this, 'I know You are there Lord - You are hiding...I will sit and wait for You to show Yourself..."
Smiling.
Sorry for this, and i can't tell you where to post or not,but i want you to know that you're not welcomed from me.
Just to clear things up.

For example let's say that you want to manifest money. How can i tell my subconsious to put me in the correct trance state?I mean what the wording would be?

This is a post that gives a good idea how I get into light trance:

Different experiences need different trance levels, and you start from various levels of awakeness, so mechanically following any given technique, it's likely that you'll end up all over the place, and not reach the trance level appropriate for your experience.

To get into a light trance: I breath in, hold for 2-3 seconds, then breath out, for a total of about 10 seconds (it doesn't have to be exact, you just want to generate a little hyperventilation, because that favors getting into trance). Then, I silently say a couple of words that I set up through posthypnotic suggestion, long ago, as a trigger (another 2-3 seconds).
And how I go about contacting my sybconscious:

- describe what I want, being open for subconscious' feedback (yes / no / not this way / that way)
- am only as specific as I need to be (too many specifics might delay the task, even make it impossible)
- make sure to specify constraints of safety, benefits to me and others (otherwise subconscious might not mind causing some collateral damage)
- no reason to repeat the requests, once accepted (those who recommend repetitions, do not establish a good connection first)
- make as many requests as I want (it is ridiculous to believe that subconscious can't handle more than one request at a time, when it already does so much)
- have a permanent list of 7 wishes, prioritized by importance
- when a specific new wish arises, I go through the same process, stressing its importance, urgency, framework
I guess a wording for money, could be: "I want to be wealthy", or "I want to have one million US dollars in the bank", or "I want to have enough money to help all those I care about", anything. You should give a timeframe for your wish to materialize, a timeframe you feel is believable to you, or your doubts weakens your request.

Then you should try to project (imagine yourself) into a probable future, when your wish was already fully granted, and feel how will it be in that situation, being content, being happy, being confident. Do it for a couple of minutes, or however long you need to daydream well that.

Then just tell to yourself in one short statement something on the lines of "and now I'm creating it", or "and so it is", ... Say it as a matter of fact, and move your thoughts away to something else.

What you should expect to happen, is that you'll start to get money coming your way. There may be grants, or bank / credit card promotions, or a salary increase, or unexpected useful deals for things you want or need.

You'll notice there's a trend that develops toward your wish fulfillment.

Be careful not to introduce doubts, or fears, or unnecessary excitement. You can repeat the procedure, in about the same terms, to enforce it. But don't keep repeating it, because it actually means that you doubt the process.

If your goal is big, it may take longer. It works.

Indeed. We realise that each thought arises out of nothing and dissolves back into nothing. And in that nothingness we find peace and stillness.

Peace

That's my experience of the bliss in Existence, Consciousness, Bliss. It's resting in the unchanging, undisturbed by the changing.
