Ghost Radar

Not very impressed after 10 minutes, but yeah it takes a lot to impress me. Received words vertical and belong.

Seemed like it had to catch some thing out of the corner of its eye... as a metaphor. If was leaving a room it seem to find something. Also seemed more to pick up people, but that does not make sense.

Oh well just a fun toy I suppose. Will play with it for a while though.

Still playing... nothing spectacular, but I did get cookies, as a word, and it made me laugh.

I had that same app. Lol, its not a real thing tho. Its fun to play with.

I asked questions and got responses.

I asked:
What is your favorite food? A: Cat

Are you there? A: flower

Are you male or female? A: floor


lol, this is just a toy app. not a real voice box things that you see on tv. It is fun to use tho, lol.

The thing is, you are asking It questions, you aren't always asking the spirit itself questions. So what ever you get is most likely bc you did not ask the spirit who was talking. I've used this before, and here were a few questions I asked and their responses:
what are you? -dog
What is your gender? -girl
do you like cats? -kittens
What is the name of someone I will meet this week? -Sammy (which was dead on, but we call him Sam :)
what is that? -karma
what did I do wrong? -assist, fault
* burrowing (within a few minutes after it said this word we passed an area with lots of groundhogs.)
*careful, slow (up ahead of us their was construction going on.)
It's only a toy if you don't know how to understand or use it. I am still learning a lot, how to know who to talk to etc, but ultimately I enjoy it although not as much as a regular conversation with them :) it's normal when you just talk, but it's amusing when your trying to interpret one word.

I see this is an older thread but, I just got this app. I am reading about it and using it. I have to say it is very promising that it could work.

I was laying down with my baby who was having her bottle. I had it on and it said bottle.

I just downloaded it, but I don't really get it? Where are you supposed to see words? In the down right corner? A blue dot popped up behind my right shoulder and the app said 'fffffffffffffffffff-----jjjjjjjjjjjjaaaaaaaaaaa----ffffffffffff' :') And now everything's gone and it says nothing.

"Ja" means "yes" in Dutch by the way, not sure if that means anything though, because, like I said, I don't know if that's where words should be.

Just as I looked over my shoulder it disappeared by the way, and hasn't come back yet. :P

Edit: Well they really seem to have trouble handling the app hehe. I just got a green thingy and 'ffffffff-nnnnnjjjjjjccccccc'. Now it's gone again. Strange app.

Edit AGAIN: I got 'CAME' and 'FAIR'.

I have wanted to get this app but have worried it could have a Ouija like effect and draw in negative energies as well.. Ouija is marketed as a toy like this app is, but we all know that it is far from a toy and shouldn't be treated as such. There are many on the other side I would like to try and connect with and was wondering if this app would work.

BTW, I hear there are couple of other ghost apps out there in addition to this one. Has anyone tried the others?

As a paranormal investigator, I find a lot of these apps are just fun things to play with. I have the Ghost Radar on my tablet to play around with and have taken it to haunted locations I frequent to test it out. IMO, its a just a fun app to play around with, but never has given me and solid indication that is being manipulated by any spirits present. Heck I've seen it used in average, everyday locations that have no hauntings and see it spit out words and the red/green/yellow dots on the radar.

Now with that said, I know there are people who use it and swear they've gotten words that had purposeful meaning to them that they think is beyond coincidence. It could very well be. That pretty much holds true for every piece of equipment used in paranormal investigations. Some people will swear to death that XX device is the best, some will call it **** and never use it.

The only thing that really concerns me is that some people will use a app like this, get the word "Demon" to show up and they freak out like Satan himself has just dropped into their house. If you're house has never had any activity, no strange noises at night, no strange electronics malfunctions, no weird feelings, then the word that is popping up on your tablet/smart phone is probably nothing more than a random event.

I see it as fun and interesting since I am who I am and all. I got a new one echo vox. now too. They suck a lot of battery and data though. You do have to be patient.
those worried about a Ouija board effect. I have been communicating with the other side for years. I just think oh cool lets see what this thing has to say. Just say a prayer if it makes you feel better. Do it during the day and ask a silly questions or what is my name or your name keep it light and fun till you feel comfortable with it.

It does say significant things from time to time. Like my daughters name or something oddball that makes you go wow. Sometimes there is a sentence split up.

Whether it is real or not is up to you to decide.
