That all depends on your fitness level? If you're already in pretty good shape you should have no problem with Insanity. Otherwise steer clear from that one until you're body is trim and can take a good beating. I'd say Taebo would probably be better for the average person but take it SLOW at first. It's really to pull a muscle or tear something if you're not careful. As with any exercise program diet is more important than the workout itself. You can find all sorts of calorie calculators online that can help you stay on track. I've found this site pretty useful, as it allows you to track your calories and even has a food database for easy calorie tracking. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

Hi Oneness,
Agree with Izzyga and like to add to follow workouts dvd better ask some professional to avoid any discomfort or health injury in future. Watch your form, know your limits and avoid high risk, low reward exercises.

I am totally agreed with Izzyga that it depends on our fitness level. Anyway workout DVD is a good idea but today there is lot of videos available on internet. You can search from you tube so there is no need to buy any workout DVD.

I just use free ones provided by blogilates on Youtube and stuff like that. Also, the sworkit website. But if you want to buy a dvd definitely agree with what's said. If you are ready to not be able to move for a few days, Insanity might do the trick. I've heard it's intense. Anyone can do Tae Bo.

Walking, running, jogging, pushups, sit ups, up downs, jump rope, hiking are some ways to exercise. As far as videos. I have no clue. I would just suggest do what ever one sounds fun to you. Being fun i feel is most important. The thing about exercise isnt so much about doing anything in particular. But about if you are still doing it years later.
