When you have loving feelings towards someone

What does it mean when you have loving feelings towards someone? I imagine this person and I have nothing but love towards him and I have this vision of me hugging him and just sending him tons and tons of love, without anything in return. I just see myself sending him love and hugging him and telling him everything is alright.

So I am wondering why I feel this way. Is it because he needs this love and I can send it to him so that's why it's showing up? Is it because he is thinking the same about me, trying to send me love?

Or, as I usually doubt things...is it just my mind making all this stuff up?

we cannot delete ... only edit, within a certain time limit. If you want something deleted you must ask an Admin ( name is in purple ) or a Mod. ( name is in blue ) ....I think Mod's can delete also, not sure on that.

It's because you love him :) We all need love.
Why does there have to be a reason?
Things start to get too complicated the moment we try and analyse why we love someone.
Why do I love my Mum, Dad, sister, brother, partner, friends, soul connections, pets?

I agree that trying to figure out the why can be a good way to drive yourself insane. Nothing in my life has been more difficult to understand than falling in love with a woman I barely know, and aren't even on the level of friends with. At the same time, it's also the most amazing thing I've ever experienced.

I'm curious. Is this someone you are very close to? I'm assuming a non-relative. Or someone you sort of know from work, have met once, or something like that? Because I would think the type of love (though it seems unconditional and healing) would vary depending on your personal relationship with this person. If it's a friend, it could be that you are opening to wanting more with him. Or maybe you can just sense there's something going on. If it's a complete stranger that you sat next to on the bus or something, it could be a soul connection and you will likely find each other again, or also maybe your empathic abilities felt that this person really needs some good energy right now.

Sometimes its not like that, you can love someone with all your heart and body but when that person has nothing for you, with love you have have to be great full if you find whom you love and loves the same way as you do.
